*Ambulatory transportation services are designed for those able to walk or transfer safely to a passenger vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan). At this time, we do not offer wheelchair or stretcher transport services.

As stated above, our transportation services are designed for ambulatory passengers, meaning that you must be able to walk and transfer safely to a passenger vehicle.

At this time, we only service members that have trips arranged by 3rd-party companies contracted with iCare. These 3rd-party companies are brokers that service are healthcare plans whom iCare bills for the services rendered. Please contact us for more information on how we can assist you.
